Seven5 Rotating Polarizer

This is the Polarizer for the LEE Seven5 SystemThe unique clip-on design means it can be snapped onto the front of the holder and rotated independently of any graduated filters also in use.

The Polarizer removes light which has become polarized by bouncing off flat non-metallic surfaces such as glass or water. Filtering this light can eliminate reflections, remove glare, darken blue skies and generally increase saturation.

It is a Circular Effect Polarizer (nothing to do with its shape!) which is ideal for compact system cameras because it doesn't interfere with their complex metering and auto-focus systems.

Pro Tips

Exposure Correction

A polarizer will reduce your exposure up to 1⅔ stops.

Experimenting with Skies

Sometimes a fully polarized sky can appear overdone. Try rotating the filter to about 45 degrees to the sun, rather than the full 90 degrees, for a more natural-looking result.
